If you need to manage your subscription for any reason, you can do so anytime via your dashboard.
To make API requests at your desired rate or search domains with many breached email addresses, you’ll need a subscription that’s the right size for your organisation. If you don’t have sufficient capacity, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription in order to search successfully.
You can update your subscription by following these steps:
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Go to the Business section.
- Select Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.
This will open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Add or update a payment method
- Update business information
- View your invoice history
💡 Any credit from your existing plan will automatically carry over when you change your subscription size and billing cycle.
