Each subscription can only be linked to one email address.
💡 Tip: If you’re part of an organisation, we recommend using a shared mailbox (e.g., team@company.com) for your subscription. This makes it easier to:
- Give the entire team that needs it access.
- Manage team members internally.
- Maintain access if someone changes roles or leaves.
- Avoid raising support tickets to recover access.
- Prevent issues with having to reverify ownership of domains.
If you have a paid subscription, you can update your subscription email via the dashboard:
- Sign in to your dashboard with your current subscription email.
- Go to the Business section.
- Select Change Email Address.
- Enter your new email and confirm.
You’ll then receive a verification email—be sure to click the link inside to complete the update.
