Prepayment is not possible. For renewals, the renewal and payment transaction occur simultaneously using the payment method on file at the time of renewal, and we are not able to manually charge a card earlier.
For new quotes that are converted to an invoice, the subscription period begins once the invoice is issued.
However, access to the service is only granted once payment has been received. Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period, so any delay in payment reduces the usable time. For example, if an invoice is issued on 8 January, the subscription will run until 8 January the following year. If payment is made 10 days later, the end date remains 8 January and is not extended.
We therefore recommend paying promptly to avoid losing access to any days within the subscription period.
