Yes, resellers are welcome. We allow any reseller to purchase a subscription on behalf of their customer, provided the following conditions are met:
- Terms of Use Compliance: All customers, including resellers, must strictly adhere to our Terms of Use. These terms are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made.
- No Contracts: We do not enter into any contractual agreements with resellers.
- Eligibility: Reseller purchases are limited to annual Core 4, Core 5, and High RPM plans, as well as annual and multi-year Pro plans, via the Reseller Portal.
- Pricing: Resellers must purchase subscriptions at the standard prices listed on our website. We do not offer discounted pricing for resellers. Any markup to the end customer is at the reseller’s discretion.
- Payment Methods: All payments must be made using the methods available through Stripe. We do not accept checks, wire transfers, direct bank payments or any payments outside Stripe.
By requesting a quote or purchasing a subscription from us, resellers agree to these conditions in full.
Reseller Quote or Invoice Requests
If you’re a reseller purchasing on behalf of a customer, you no longer need to raise a support ticket. You can now manage subscribers and generate quotes directly through the Reseller Portal.
