Existing resellers
If you’re already an approved reseller:
- Sign in to the Reseller Portal using your reseller email address
- From there, you can manage subscribers, generate quotes, and create invoices
Note: Quotes are only available for annual subscriptions on the Core 4, Core 5, and High RPM tiers, as well as for annual and multi-year Pro plans.
Subscriber Management Overview
After selecting Subscribers in the sidebar menu, you’ll be taken to the Subscriber Management page, where you can view all accounts linked to your reseller profile.
The overview displays each customer’s company, subscription email, subscription tier, and current status at a glance.
From here, you can:
- View your customers’ subscription accounts
- Check status (Active, Cancelled, or None)
- Manage subscriptions: generate or accept quotes, add a purchase order (PO), update payment details, pay invoices, or cancel subscriptions
💡 If a customer isn’t listed, you’ll need to create a new subscriber before generating a quote.
Creating a New Subscriber
If the subscriber is not listed, click Create New Subscriber. A subscriber profile must be created before generating a quote.
Reseller information (billing details)
- Reseller company name
- Reseller billing address (shown on invoices)
- Reseller billing email address (used for invoices and activation instructions)
- Tax ID (optional, required for EU VAT reverse charge requests)
End-customer information (delivery details)
- End-customer company name
- End-customer address (required for tax compliance in some jurisdictions)
- End-customer email address
(This must be the email the customer will use for dashboard access and API usage, not the reseller’s email)
Once submitted, the subscriber will appear in the Subscriber Management list.
Generating Quotes and Invoices
From the Subscriber Management list:
- Click the Action button next to a subscriber to open their profile
- From there, you can:
- Generate a quote
- Accept a quote
- Create an invoice
- Make a payment
Important Billing Information
Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 45 days from the date of issue
- A new quote for the same product cannot be generated until the current one expires
- Once accepted, a quote is converted into a subscription and referenced on the invoice
- Renewal quotes can only be generated within 45 days of the renewal date
Invoices
- Open the Quote Overview for your subscriber
- Locate a quote with the status Open
- Click Create Invoice
- Enter a PO number and accept the terms to finalise
Once finalised:
- The subscription is activated
- A payment link appears under the Invoice section
- Access begins once full payment is received
Prompt payment is recommended to avoid losing access time.
Please note: Subscriptions are prepaid and fixed-term. Delayed payment does not extend the subscription period.
For example, if an invoice is issued on 8 January 2026, the subscription will run until 8 January 2027, even if payment is made later.
Subscriber Access Instructions
Once payment is complete, the subscriber will have immediate access.
To sign in:
- Enter the subscription email on the dashboard
- A magic link will be sent to that email address
- Anyone with access to that inbox can use the link to access the dashboard
Only one email address can be associated with a subscription. For teams, we recommend using a shared mailbox.
For technical implementation, refer to the API documentation.
