Paid HIBP services start at the price of a cup of coffee per month and are available for self-service purchase, with a receipt automatically issued upon payment. We do not provide or complete any formal documents, forms, or signatures at any stage; not before a purchase, during an active subscription, or after a subscription is terminated. This includes:
- Security questionnaires
- Codes of conduct
- Vendor onboarding
- Data processing addenda
- Signing quotes
Instead, we make extensive information available to help customers determine whether the service is suitable for their needs, including:
- Terms of use
- Privacy policy
- W8-BEN-E US tax form
- Quotes for annual Core 4 or higher, Pro Plans and Higher RPM tiers
- Company and vendor details
- Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
If you cannot locate the documentation you require within the materials we provide, we are unable to complete it for you. No exceptions.
The entire subscription ecosystem is tied into Stripe for payment fulfilment. Their available payment methods include credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay, among other payment means. If it's not listed on the Stripe payment page, it's not supported for the public subscriptions.
Separately, HIBP provides an Enterprise channel with different services and commercial terms, including bespoke documentation where required. Please feel free to submit a request for more information.
