Have I Been Pwned does not currently provide service level agreements (SLAs) or formal uptime guarantees. The platform depends on several external services and infrastructure components, so while we work to keep the service reliable and available, we cannot commit to specific availability targets.
For the same reason, we are unable to provide contractual commitments around response or resolution times for bugs or issues. When problems are identified they are investigated and resolved as quickly as possible, but timelines will vary depending on the nature of the issue and any upstream dependencies.
As such, HIBP does not offer uptime commitments, guaranteed bug-fix timeframes, service credits, or compensation in the event of downtime or service interruptions.
