All HIBP subscriptions are processed via Stripe. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Other Stripe-supported methods, which vary depending on your location
Bank transfers and wire transfers are not supported for standard subscriptions. If your organisation requires payment by bank transfer, you have two options:
- Purchase through one of our resellers, many of whom can accept bank transfer payments on your behalf and purchase the subscription using their card. Note that reseller purchases are limited to annual Core 4 and above, all Pro Plans and High RPM tiers, however, no discounts apply.
- Contact us about our Enterprise subscription, which supports wire transfer for larger organisations with bespoke requirements.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your bank applies a surcharge on top of the subscription price, this is an international transaction fee charged by your bank and is not something HIBP or Stripe controls. Contact your bank directly for more information.
To update your payment details at any time, sign in to your dashboard and go to Business > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
