All domains you're currently monitoring are listed on your dashboard. To stop monitoring any given domain, access the dashboard (you'll need to verify your email address first), then select the trash can icon next to the domain you no longer wish to monitor:
Once complete, you'll no longer receive any email notifications if addresses on the domain appear in future data breaches.
