No. Paid subscriptions are only used for domain-wide searches (see FAQ article: What stealer log information can I access with a Pro or High RPM subscription?) and are not necessary for checking your personal email address.
Here are the steps for seeing stealer logs against an individual email address:
- Sign into your dashboard
- If you're not already signed in, sign in with your email address to send a verification email
- Click the link emailed to you then choose "Stealer Logs" from the left side of the screen:
